TESTIMONIALS
“The capacity to push my body to work out all the pent up emotions and have a physical release was something I have never experienced in this way. All of the negative emotions were able to be left on the mountain- I was transformed into a peaceful connection with the earth and nature became my greatest teacher. This allowed for a deep sense of equilibrium and inner serenity."

It was an outstanding week, and I mean that in every sense of the work-a week that will stand out in my life as fun, adventurous, and so meaningful. I do plan on making a strong effort to continue with a meditation practice…thinking a walking meditation…and the 10 minutes (at least) per day for the year. I appreciate your strength, organization, wisdom, gentleness abd connection.

I am a changed person after our retreat. My relationship with nature has been so distant for a long time. And since our time together, I have been literally OBESSESSED with all outdoor things since I have been home. We have hiked and biked more in the past few weeks since I've been home than we have all year! I have like 30 more hikes and cool trips bookmarked and can not wait.
Thank you for showing up in this time of my life because your retreat was exactly what I needed!
