FAQs

Have a question before you book? Here are the most common ones we hear from event planners, HR teams, educators, and conference hosts.

Do you offer virtual keynotes and workshops?

Yes. We offer virtual keynotes and interactive workshops, including options that work well for large audiences, breakout rooms, and hybrid events.

Can you do an indoor-only session?

Absolutely. Many of our talks are designed to work fully indoors, even in urban settings. If you have access to outdoor space, we can optionally add an outdoor component—but it’s never required.

What lengths and formats do you offer?

Common options include:

  • Keynotes: 30–75 minutes

  • Interactive workshops: 60–120 minutes

  • Half-day / full-day trainings: skills + implementation planning
If you tell us your time slot and goals, we’ll recommend the best format.

Who are these talks best for?

We speak to a wide range of audiences, including:

  • Workplaces & leadership teams (burnout, stress, resilience, culture)

  • Healthcare & helping professionals (ethical integration of nature-based practices)

  • Schools & universities (student stress, attention, belonging, eco-grief)

  • Parks & outdoor organizations (mental health first aid, wellbeing programming)

  • Community & faith groups (grief, meaning-making, resilience)

Do you customize talks for our industry or audience?

Yes—within a clear structure. Every booking includes a short planning call so we can tailor language, examples, and takeaways to your audience (without turning the session into something unrecognizable or off-message).

What outcomes can our audience expect?

Your group will leave with:

  • Practical, research-informed tools they can use immediately

  • Clear language for nervous system regulation and resilience

  • Strategies that work in real life (not just ideal conditions)

  • Optional handouts or practice sheets you can share after the event

Do you provide slides or handouts?

Yes. Slides are included. Handouts/practice sheets are available for many topics and can be customized to match your goals.

Do you offer continuing education (CE) credit?

In some contexts, yes. Tell us what credentialing body you’re aiming for and we’ll let you know what’s possible and what lead time is needed.

What do you need from us (room setup / AV)?

Most sessions work with standard AV:

  • Projector/screen (or large display), mic for larger rooms, and a clicker if available

  • For workshops: space for brief pair/share discussion is helpful
We’ll send a simple AV and room-setup list after booking.

What is your pricing?

Pricing depends on format (keynote vs. workshop), length, customization needs, and whether travel is required. Share your audience size, format, location (or virtual), and preferred date—and we’ll send a clear quote.

How far in advance should we book?

For the best date options, we recommend 4–8 weeks in advance for virtual events and 8–12+ weeks for on-site events (especially if travel is involved). If your event is sooner, still reach out—we’ll do our best.

How do we get started?

Use the Request a Quote form on this page or email us. Include your event date(s), audience type/size, format, and what you want people to walk away with. We’ll respond with a recommended topic + format and a quote.
