Nature Programs & Professional Trainings

For Everyone Seeking Healing. For Every Clinician Trained to Guide It.

At the Center for Nature Informed Therapy, we believe nature is one of the most powerful and underused resources for mental health and well-being. Research shows that 1 in 4 people experience stress, anxiety, or depression. Time outdoors has been shown to reduce these symptoms, sharpen focus, and support cardiovascular and emotional health.

Our work moves in two connected directions.

Public Programs and Events invite individuals, families, and community groups to experience nature's restorative power through guided walks, retreats, climbing days, picnics, and seasonal gatherings.

Professional Trainings equip therapists, counselors, and helping professionals with the evidence-based skills to integrate nature-informed practices into their clinical work.
Both paths share the same commitment: reciprocity between people and the natural world, and making nature-informed healing widely accessible.
