☕ Join us for a coffee & tea social hour immediately following the workshop Strong facilitation is at the heart of CNIT’s mission to create safe, engaging, and healing experiences in nature and in community. This professional development workshop equips CNIT staff, faculty, and volunteers with the tools to guide groups through meaningful conversations and activities confidently. Participants will explore: - Core principles of effective group facilitation - How to establish trust, safety, and inclusion - Techniques for balancing structure with flexibility - Best practices for managing group dynamics and conflict - Insight into their personal strengths, hurdles, and style as a facilitator Through interactive practice, reflection, and peer feedback, participants will leave with increased confidence and a toolkit of practical skills to bring to retreats, trainings, and client programs.
