Service Description
In the rush of everyday life, we often lose sight of what truly matters. Living with Joy: Lessons from Life’s Thresholds, Part 2 invites you to pause, reflect, and expand on the journey we began together in Part 1. This next chapter will review the core themes of Part 1 and then build upon them, exploring: How to cultivate lasting joy beyond fleeting happiness The power of authentic living aligned with your deepest values Ways that emotional intelligence supports health and resilience The courage to embrace your own story with compassion The role of empathy and service in a meaningful life Insights from Gabor Maté on the impact of unmet human needs and emotional suppression, and Johan Hari on disconnection and the pathways to reconnection How nature serves as a profound foundation for wellbeing, purpose, and happiness throughout it all Participants will also engage in a guided experiential exercise designed to deepen reflection and integration. This practice is something you can take home and continue to use as a tool for cultivating joy and authenticity in daily life. Through a blend of personal stories, research-based insights, universal wisdom, and experiential practice, Dr. Heidi Schreiber-Pan will guide you in weaving these elements into a life that is not only intentional but also joyful and fulfilling. This special gathering will not only uplift your spirit but also support a great cause—100% of the profits from this event will directly fund the Nature Informed Therapy Scholarship Program, providing access to nature-based mental health services for those in need. Why Attend? - Deepen Your Growth: Build on the foundations of Part 1 and expand your practice of joy and authenticity. - Take Home Tools: Leave with an experiential exercise you can continue to practice on your own. - Support a Great Cause: All proceeds benefit the CNIT Scholarship Fund. - Small Group Setting: Connect meaningfully with others on a similar journey. - Welcome Drink: Toast the evening with your choice of champagne or an elderberry mocktail.
