Service Description
You're invited to a Community Dinner at Puh'Tok in the Pines on September 10th at 6 PM, an evening of delicious food, live music, and meaningful conversation in a serene, wooded setting. Gather with friends and neighbors to enjoy a shared meal and take part in a powerful panel discussion on supporting Ukrainian communities impacted by war, featuring insights into how nature can be a vital source of resilience and healing during times of crisis. All proceeds will support our scholarship fund, helping remove financial barriers to access nature-informed programming for those in need. Come for the food, stay for the inspiration—all are welcome! Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by CNIT CNIT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to insufficient enrollment, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. • Notification: All registrants will be notified promptly via email and/or phone. • Refund Options: Full Refund: All registration fees, including any deposits, will be fully refunded. 2. Cancellation by Participant Standard Cancellation Policy: o Full Refund: Submit your cancellation request at least 45 days before the event start date to receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. o Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 44 and 15 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. o No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of the event. Transfer to Future Event: o Option: You may transfer your registration to the same future training/event at no additional cost by notifying us at least 15 days before the event. Substitutions: o You may designate a substitute participant at no additional cost by notifying us at least 7 days before the event. Cancellation Process: o Submit your cancellation, transfer, or substitution request in writing via email to info@natureinformedtherapy.org.
