Workshop Overview
Traditional talk therapy can overlook the body, the senses, and the innate human drive for creativity. This two-day experiential training equips mental health professionals with practical, nature-informed expressive arts and music-based interventions that enhance regulation, insight, engagement, and therapeutic depth.

Participants will explore how natural materials, sound, rhythm, movement, and creative processes can enrich sessions, strengthen the therapeutic alliance, and support clients across a wide range of diagnoses and presenting concerns—including trauma. This training is accessible, evidence-informed, and immediately applicable to individual and group work.

Both days weave together music, expressive arts, and nature seamlessly so clinicians can directly experience how the integration expands therapeutic possibilities.
