Nestled in the heart of the Loch Raven Reservoir Watershed, this immersive workshop invites participants to connect with the beauty of nature, practice mindfulness, and explore the therapeutic benefits of creative expression through photography.
Learn the art of capturing the essence of nature, from framing to composition, and discover the secrets to creating visually compelling images.
Engage in guided meditation, mindful walking, and breathing exercises to cultivate a deeper connection with the present moment which will inform your ability to take meaningful pictures

Heidi Schreiber-Pan, Ph.D., LCPC, is a successful psychotherapist, the Executive Director of Chesapeake Mental Health Collaborative and founder of Center for Nature Informed Therapy, a sought-after international speaker and trainer. She is also the author of the popular book Taming the Anxious Mind – A Guidebook to Relieve Stress & Anxiety.
