About the Program
Join us on Earth Day for a special evening of connection, reflection, and community at Tracy Aviary at Liberty Park as the Utah nature-informed therapy community gathers in partnership with Nature and Human Health Utah. This event brings together mental health practitioners, educators, students, and community members who care deeply about the connection between nature and human well-being.
The evening will also celebrate the launch of The Ground Beneath Our Work by Dr. Heidi Schreiber-Pan, a new book that invites readers to reimagine healing as something that happens not only between people, but also in relationship with the living world. Drawing on story, research, and practical application, the book introduces the ROOTED™ framework and offers a grounded, ethical, and practical path for integrating nature-informed care into everyday settings — from therapy offices and classrooms to parks and community spaces.
Whether you are already engaged in nature-informed therapy or simply curious about the growing field of nature and human health, you are warmly invited to join this Earth Day gathering for learning, inspiration, and shared purpose.
