A celebration of Community, Healing & Connection
Join us for a memorable evening celebrating the first day of autumn with live music, delicious food, wine, and community in the beautiful surroundings of Irvine Nature Center.
Hosted by the Center for Nature Informed Therapy (CNIT), Fall Into Nature brings together friends, supporters, and newcomers for an evening that celebrates the healing power of nature and the remarkable impact of CNIT's work, both here in Maryland and around the world.

Exclusive screening of Shared Ground, a short documentary following Ukrainian park leaders and mental health professionals as they train with CNIT to harness the healing power of nature amidst the anxiety and trauma of ongoing war.

Heidi Schreiber-Pan, Ph.D. LCPC, C-NIT

Heidi Schreiber-Pan, Ph.D., LCPC, is a successful psychotherapist, the Executive Director of Chesapeake Mental Health Collaborative and founder of Center for Nature Informed Therapy, a sought-after international speaker and trainer. She is also the author of the popular book Taming the Anxious Mind – A Guidebook to Relieve Stress & Anxiety.
Payton Schreiber-Pan
Payton Pan is a documentary filmmaker and freelance author. You can find him in the Wasatch mountains he calls home, likely climbing or skiing.
