This engaging 60-minute lunch-and-learn explores four core feminine archetypes and how they mirror the seasonal and cyclical patterns found in the natural world. Through reflection and nature-informed insights, the presentation highlights how reconnecting with these archetypes can support greater self-awareness, balance, and resilience in daily life. Participants will leave with practical ways to recognize these energies within themselves and integrate nature-based cycles into personal and professional growth. About the facilitator: For over 25 years, Gina Strauss has worked as an advisor, counselor and teacher in a variety of educational settings with children, adolescents, and adults. In her personal and professional experience, she has developed a deep reverence for the internal wisdom that we each possess and for the ways in which nature connects us both to ourselves and to the greater community of life. Her desire is to support you in accessing that inner knowing while also sharing powerful and practical tools for transformation.
