Join us for a seasonal gathering of people from across the Salt Lake City region who are interested in nature-informed therapy, care, health, education, recreation, conservation, and community well-being. This welcoming event will bring together professionals and community members from a variety of fields to build relationships, exchange ideas, and explore opportunities for collaboration. The afternoon will include informal networking, facilitated conversations, light refreshments, and a guided forest-bathing experience to help us slow down and reconnect with the natural world during the busy holiday season. Whether you are already integrating nature into your work or are simply curious about this growing movement, you are warmly invited to connect with others and help strengthen our local nature-and-health community.
