The Nature Pause: A Fall Nature Connection Series for CNIT Alumni and Friends

Dates: September 9 and 16; October 21 and 29; November 11 and 24

Time: 12:00–12:45 p.m. Eastern

Location: Online

Pause & Practice is a free online nature connection series created for CNIT Foundational Training alumni, members of the broader CNIT community, and friends interested in nature-informed well-being.

Each 45-minute gathering offers an opportunity to slow down, experience a guided therapeutic nature connection invitation, practice independently, and return to the online group for reflection and sharing.

Participants are welcome to attend one session or join the entire fall series. Each practice can be completed outdoors, beside a window, or with an indoor natural element when stepping outside is not possible.
