Join us for a four-hour retreat amidst Maryland’s beautiful landscape, where adventure meets self-discovery. Guided by a seasoned rock climbing instructor and a licensed mental health therapist, you'll explore both internal and external terrain, using the climbing experience as a powerful metaphor to build self-esteem, strengthen resilience, enhance emotional regulation, reconnect with your body, and challenge limiting beliefs. This retreat, designed for both beginners and experienced climbers, emphasizes the strength of a supportive community in fostering each person’s unique path toward personal growth.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by CNIT CNIT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to insufficient enrollment, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. • Notification: All registrants will be notified promptly via email and/or phone. • Refund Options: Full Refund: All registration fees, including any deposits, will be fully refunded. 2. Cancellation by Participant Standard Cancellation Policy: o Full Refund: Submit your cancellation request at least 45 days before the event start date to receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. o Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 44 and 15 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. o No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of the event. Transfer to Future Event: o Option: You may transfer your registration to the same future training/event at no additional cost by notifying us at least 15 days before the event. Substitutions: o You may designate a substitute participant at no additional cost by notifying us at least 7 days before the event. Cancellation Process: o Submit your cancellation, transfer, or substitution request in writing via email to info@natureinformedtherapy.org.
