About the Program
Women’s hesitation to venture out alone can limit their access to the restorative power of nature. This micro-training equips women to (a) understand real vs. perceived risks, (b) teach evidence-based safety strategies, and (c) integrate confidence-building practices into nature-informed programming for clients and participants. Join us for a two-part lunch-and-learn that tackles real risks, dismantles limiting myths, and equips you with actionable safety plans and self-defense tools. Whether you guide clients, run groups, or love solo hiking or camping yourself, you’ll walk away ready to help more women claim their rightful place on the trail—secure, prepared, and empowered.
