About the Program
Join us for a special Earth Day workshop at Oregon Ridge Nature Center that explores eco-spirituality and the profound connection between nature and spirituality. In honor of Earth Day, Well for the Journey and the Center for Nature Informed Therapy have joined together to offer this immersive experience that will invite participants to reconnect with the “heartbeat of the earth” through a variety of contemplative practices. These exercises will encourage personal reflection and foster a grounded connection with the natural world.
